Stress &Anxiety Package 

This package is suited for individuals that would like to better their overall psychological wellbeing. A total of five sessions should be scheduled weekly by the client to sustain an incremental performance in regards to a positive outlook. Upon completion of these the client should ought to pursue a monthly or a double appointment at the psychological wellbeing centre.
